Hai Nguyen
Thanks for being here! This is where I share the “why” behind everything I do.

My Story
I grew up in Vietnam, and it still surprises me how our spices quietly reach every corner of the world, from being one of the largest suppliers of black pepper and a leading exporter of cashew nuts, to playing a major role in the global trade of cassia cinnamon and star anise. More people should know that because our products deserve global respect, and so do the people behind them.
That realization sparked a question I couldn’t ignore:
If our spices can travel that far, why can’t the opportunities for the people who grow them?
That question is why I chose business and why I’m driven by global trade. I want to help build a future where Vietnamese products are not just exported but valued, recognized, and represented on the world stage.
Along the way, I’ve stayed connected to what matters most: helping communities that don’t have the same access to opportunity. From fundraising during floods to building a music classroom for children with disabilities, I’ve learned that impact isn’t measured in money; it’s measured in change.
At 18, I left Vietnam alone to study business in the United States with no guarantees, no safety net, just ambition and the belief that opportunity can be created.
My dream is to take what I’ve learned across continents and bring it home to show that Vietnamese excellence can belong anywhere in the world.
Do You Know That?
